Returns & Exchanges

All items that you are unhappy with for any reason can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the original tags attached.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are happy to issue an exchange in the form of store credit in the amount of the original purchase. To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) returned must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. After 60 days of purchase, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

If you need to return an item after 60 days of purchase and you believe that you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to provide you with an acceptable solution.

To process and complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the return receipt when you package and mail your return items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund has been approved and processed, we will notify you by email. As soon as your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days of notification that your refund has been issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items/Final Sale Items
Only regular priced or sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
