Can I add something to my order I just placed? Can I cancel my order? Can I amend my address? Can I combine my orders?
When your order is placed, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Not at this time, we are working on building our website and adding gift vouchers.
What is your return policy?
All items that you are unhappy with for any reason can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the original tags attached.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are happy to issue an exchange in the form of store credit in the amount of the original purchase. To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) returned must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. After 60 days from the date of purchase, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
If you need to return an item after 60 days from the date of purchase and you believe that you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to provide you with an acceptable solution.
To process and complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the return receipt when you package and mail your return items.
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to locate your purchase through our online processing center. You are always to retain any correspondence that you receive from us through email or in your shipping package. Retaining your own receipts will be helpful in case there is any discrepancy related to your purchase.

Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
Unused and unworn items can be returned within 30 days. Unused and unworn items can be exchanged for a store credit for 60 days after the date of purchase.
Can I put an item on hold?
No. We do not currently offer this feature.
Do you take checks?
We do not accept checks at this time.
How do you process my return if I paid with PayPal?
If your purchase was made with a PayPal account, your refund will be made to the credit or debit card associated with the PayPal account.
